Orders with Free Gifts or Deep Discounts:

For orders that include a gift or receive a deep discount, we kindly ask for your understanding that refunds or returns are not accepted, unless the item is defective due to our fault.

Initiating a Return: To request a return, please get in touch with us at support@maxstyleusa.com with relevant photos and videos as proof when submitting your complaint. This action will enable us to understand better and address the problem. Once we approve the return, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Cost: When returning a shipped order, you are responsible for covering the shipping cost. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to the refunded amount. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will promptly assess the parcel's condition. Rest assured, we are committed to processing your refund promptly. 

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. The refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Kindly note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
